Foyer

Terms of Service

The terms for using Foyer. Most sections below are pending counsel review — what is stated plainly is what Foyer is, and is not.

What Foyer is — and is not

Foyer transmits your application; it does not verify, screen, score, or advise on it.

Foyer moves your rental application between you, the brokerage that invited you, and the property owner — with your consent at each step. Decisions about your application are made by people, off the platform; Foyer neither makes nor influences them.
